Boilerplate (.hxx)

To minimise the cruft in the output of the test's, a #include file boilerplate.hxx is used in the test's, for completness here it is:

Problems with "include" directive path: IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: u'boilerplate.hxx'.
